McDonald, C.C., officiated at the ceremony. On Monday morning at 10 o’clock, Requiem Mass was celebrated by Very Rev. P McGloin, Adm., who imparted the Absolution. A large cortege, representative of all walks of life in Monaghan, accompanied the remains to Latlurcan Cemetery where Rev. Fr. Slowey, C.C., officiated at the graveside.
